Field recordings: My fancy tastes

My best friend Renee says that I'm "fancy", as my glass of wine and iced tray of oysters arrives at our brunch table. While I don't scoff at her choice description, (why not be fancy?), I don't tell her that I'm secretly eating oysters for their health benefits (also they are SO delicious!). A few healthy hats off to these tiny gems of the sea are: Oysters are low in calories and high in lean protein. Your heart will thank-you after slurping a few since they are high in omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, magnesium and vitamin E. I'm personally excited about the immune system boost from the dose of Zinc packed inside each and every shell. Sprinkle with lemon and bask in the glow of fanciness.
