I've recently discovered this french film series by director François Truffaut. So far I've only seen 2 of the 5 films about the character Antoine, played by Jean-Pierre Léaud. But I've loved them both, and looking forward to the other three. The storyline starts out dramatic as this troubled youth (more like honest theif) struggles at home and in school. By Bed and Board (#4) he is still a little confused and troubled at times but ultimately funny and sweet. A charming look at French culture. The beautifully shot scenes of Paris alone make me want to pack my bags, brush up my French and travel back in time to the 60s.
